How it began: her relationship with Ashtanga has started when I first came to Yoga Shala Reykjavík.

She has practiced Ashtanga yoga for almost 6 years and it's been helping her to develop control of the senses, deep awareness of herself and her inner sensations, emotions and learn how to build her energy and remain healthy.

Further growing: 2016 Gulmira went to Thailand for a Yoga Retreat and Workshop:  Energy healing by Petri Raisanen and Yogic Culture and Philosophy by Måns Broo.  In 2017 – yoga Retreat and the workshop with David Robson, in Purple Valley Goa in India. 2018 - Ashtanga Assisting School with David Robson

Gulmira is exploring the Ashtanga Vinyasa system as a lifestyle and a therapeutic practice. She is discovering how your own personal practice can unfold on her yoga mat as well in the wider context of daily life, having the whispers off her intuition guiding her onto new adventures as learning to trust life and herself.
